timetools - version 1.0

Timetools are utilities used to query and provide time servers.
Using timetool, you can set the system clock on your
workstation based on the cesium time standard at the US Naval
Observatory (the Internet will introduce a slight delay, but
chances are that your system clock will still be more accurate
than ever before).
