Smart Installation System

This is all it takes to read in and begin execution of the Smart Installation System.

The Smart Installation System will ask a series of questions about how to install the software. Every time a question is asked, you have six choices.

$<$return$>$ to select the default answer (shown in square brackets)
$<$your input$>$ to enter your own value to be used
? to see a help message
+ to use the default answer as the answer to this question for this and all remaining packages (with no further prompting)
++ to use the default answers for this and all remaining packages (with no further prompting)
$<$UPPER CASE ANSWER$>$ to use this answer (which we automatically convert to lower case) as the answer to this question for this and all remaining packages (with no further prompting)

The first question you will be asked is what umask you would like to use for the installation (if you don't know, select the default of 022).

From this point on, you may use default answers, or you may override any of the defaults with your own choices.
